dude CCNA and OCP are two very different things.
U need to decide which line are u more comfortable and stronger in?
Do u like working with networks? then go ahead with CCNA.
OCP is more on being a database administrator. In terms of job placement, with a CCNA cert u can work in any company regardless if they use CISCO equipment because u already know the basics. But if u get an OCP u better be workin with a company that has Oracle databases. Cause its not really the same thing working with SQL Server instead.

Over here in my town, there are lesser OCPs around, so the pay is gonna be higher compared to someone with CCNA.
