How to get a Oracle DBA Job?

Somebody please help. I spend thousand of dollars to received education from Oracle University and had recently received Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Oracle 10g Database Administration. I am also a Oracle Certified Associate in PL/SQL Form. I am going to receive LPI level 1 and 2 certification from Linux Professional Institute by next month too. My question here is: "So what? How come I still not able to get a Junior Oracle DBA position after I had posted numerous of resumes for months". Can someone please tell me what's wrong? What am I lacking of? What should I do next?

There are so many reasons why you could be having trouble--bad resume, spelling mistakes in the resume, not submitting it for jobs, only posting it once, instead of refreshing it every day, having the wrong salary expectation vs. the experience you actually have, poor interview skills, something in your previous experience that gives people reason to hesitate--lots of possible reasons!
